About The NEST
The NEST is a 14,000+ sqft., cutting edge, creative space. Our space meets the demand for small tenants and start up companies prevalent in “Silicon Slopes” tech-driven economy, a majority of which generate from nearby BYU and UVU.
Canyon Park has successfully grown these tech and startup companies within the project. In the past, Omniture and Vivant Solar grew from 5,000 sf to 100,000+ sf. Since our ownership, five thriving Canyon Park tenants have already successfully expanded.
